1. Orders
By placing an order through yassweets.com, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order for any reasonable purpose, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect order information.
Your order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation from Yas.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and menu items may change at any time without prior notice.
Applicable delivery fees, or other charges may be added to your order and will be displayed before checkout when applicable.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Custom Orders
Custom desserts, goods, decorations, colors, designs, flavors, writing, and other personalized products may vary slightly from reference photographs, examples, or digital designs.
Because our products are handmade, exact colors, placement, size, appearance, and decoration cannot always be guaranteed.
Reference images provided by customers are treated as inspiration unless Yas expressly agrees to reproduce a specific design.
Yas reserves the right to make reasonable design adjustments when necessary to complete an order.
4. Changes to Orders
Requests to modify an order must be made as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun, ingredients have been purchased, or a custom product has been prepared.
Additional charges may apply to requested changes.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because many Yas products are made fresh or customized for individual customers, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on when the cancellation request is received.
Once production has started on an order, the order may be non-refundable.
Custom or personalized products are generally non-refundable unless the product is incorrect due to an error made by Yas.
If Yas must cancel an order and cannot provide an acceptable replacement or alternative, any amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded.
Refund requests involving an issue with an order should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the order is received.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned to the original payment method.
6. Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon date, time, and location.
Once an order has been picked up and accepted by the customer or someone acting on the customer's behalf, responsibility for transporting, storing, and handling the product transfers to the customer.
Yas is not responsible for damage caused after pickup, including damage resulting from improper transportation, heat exposure, refrigeration, handling, or storage.
Orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time may not be eligible for refunds.
7. Delivery
If delivery is offered, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact information, and delivery instructions.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, order volume, third-party delivery services, or circumstances outside our control.
Yas is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information, inability to access the delivery location, or the customer's failure to receive the order.
Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.
8. Food Allergies and Dietary Information
Yas products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
Milk and dairy products
Eggs
Wheat and gluten
Our products may be prepared in facilities or kitchens where these and other allergens are handled.
Although we may offer products described as containing or not containing certain ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers with severe food allergies or medical dietary restrictions should contact Yas before ordering and use their own judgment before consuming our products.
Customers are responsible for informing anyone consuming the products about potential allergens.
9. Product Appearance and Photography
Product images displayed on yassweets.com, social media, advertisements, or other Yas materials are provided for general reference.
Because our products are handmade, the product you receive may have reasonable differences in color, decoration, size, shape, or presentation.
Lighting, screens, photography, and editing may also affect how colors and products appear online.
